Schedule an AppointmentAfter your onboarding call, you invite us to your QuickBooks Online. Upload what we ask for and our bookkeepers take it from there.
Example only. Only you and your BookKeeping Included team can see your documents.
We'll give you our firm ID on your onboarding call. In QuickBooks Online, open Settings, choose Manage users under Your Company, then the Accounting Firms tab, and click Invite. Choose "Enter my accountant's firm ID," type in our ID, and click Save. Your accountant and members of their firm will have admin access to your company data, and the invite expires after 30 days.
In QuickBooks, go to Accounting, then My accountant. The Requests tab shows what we need from you and when it's due. The Shared documents tab holds the files you and we have shared.
Open Shared documents, click Add documents, and choose your files. PDFs and clear phone photos both work. We'll email you once we've reviewed them.
Your bookkeeper may ask about a specific transaction or request a receipt through QuickBooks, the system we keep your books in. You'll get an email from QuickBooks. Reply or attach the file there and it goes straight to your bookkeeper. If you don't see it, check spam for an email from QuickBooks or Intuit.
Only an admin on your QuickBooks account can send the invite, and QuickBooks allows two accounting firms per company, so you may need to remove one first. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll walk you through it on a call.
We will never ask for your QuickBooks password. Access only ever happens through an invite you approve yourself in QuickBooks.
Your bookkeeper sends you the exact list after your call. It depends on where your books stand today.
We will never ask for your bank or Clover login. When we need access, we send an invite you approve yourself.
Talk to your bookkeeper directly.
